Thoughtful.  Moral compass: I ask myself, what would I experience if the roles were reversed?  What is your greatest joy? Being ridiculously silly with family and friends.  What is your guilty pleasure? Twizzler Filled Twists.  What word or phrase do you use far too often? Totally.  Seriously.  What occupation, other than your own, do you most admire? Writers.  How do you relieve stress? Long walks outdoors and time in the sauna.  

What was your first paying job? Lifeguard and ice cream scooper.  What was your favorite college course? Marine Biology.  What book have you repeatedly read? The All Creatures Great & Small series, by James Herriott.  What movie have you repeatedly watched? The Princess Bride.  What’s the best advice you received growing up? You can do anything you put your mind to.  What’s the best advice you received in your career? Care for your people, first and foremost.  What is your favorite app? Whoop.

Universal kindness.

My dad.  As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? A marine biologist.  After your loved ones, what object would you first save from your burning home? A Celtic warrior shield necklace from my dad.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? At the beach, with friends and family, listening to 80’s alternative music.  What advice would you give your younger self? The days are long, but the years are short.  So, enjoy the moments.
