Selected beach reads and chick lit.  What word or phrase do you use far too often? Amazing!  What natural talent have you neglected? Music: I was a serious flutist in my younger days!  What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? Travel and live performances (music, theater, comedy).  How do you relieve stress? Online shopping with a cocktail in hand.  What ingredient is essential to your perfect vacation? History and pretty views (natural or man-made).

What was your first paying job? Ice cream scooper at Friendly’s.  What was your favorite childhood toy or game? Speak and Spell.  What movie have you repeatedly watched? Jaws and Moonstruck in rotation.  What modern technology innovation do you most appreciate? Kindle and Alexa.  What is your go-to source of creative inspiration? Nature and my dreams.  What world event has had the greatest influence on your life? The feminist movement.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field?

Bringing emotional intelligence and humanity into technology work and the products we build.

What message do you want to send out into the world? Be kind to one another.  What mega-trend most excites you? Remote work and the 4-day workweek.  What mega-trend most concerns you? The metaverse and AI.

What actor would you choose to play you in the movie about your life? Kate Winslet.  Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? My maternal grandmother and paternal grandfather (both passed before I was born).  After your loved ones, what object would you first save from your burning home? Ultrasound pictures of my daughter in utero.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? Hosting a giant party of friends and family with a live band.  What advice would you give your younger self? Stay big. What period in your life would you do differently, if you could? My mid-twenties.
