Personality profile: ENFJ-A (Protagonist: empathetic, insightful, action-oriented, people-centered).  Moral compass: Jesus.  How do you define a perfect friendship? The perfect mix of love, trust, acceptance and laughter.  What is your greatest joy? My kids (22-year-old daughter, Cami and 21-year-old son, Taylor).  What is your guilty pleasure? Buying flowers for myself.  What is at the top of your bucket list? Getting my scuba diving certification, then off to the Caribbean!  How do you relieve stress? Bubble baths.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field?

Becoming a Servant Leader.

What change would you like to see in the world? More peace, understanding, and empathy.  What mega-trend most excites you? Digital disruption.  What mega-trend most concerns you? Inequality.

Julie Bowen.  Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? Jesus and my grandparents.  What advice would you give your younger self? Lean into the teachers and mentors who are helping make a difference in your world.  Be open to their advice, experience, and wisdom; once you’ve formed your relationship, don’t let them go!  What day in your life would you choose to re-live? My first pregnancy – hearing my daughter’s heartbeat for the first time.
