Latest accomplishment: Transitioned external marketing units to committee-based workgroups in order to give everyone a seat at the table. Latest contribution to others: I was thrilled to be part of the Buckeye Inclusion re-branding launch to support our department’s core values. What’s been your big (or biggest leap)? After spending most of my career in concert promotion, taking on an additional role in college athletics. What’s your professional superpower? Learning what makes individuals shine to create high impact work groups. Hobbies: Spending time with my family and friends, listening to music. Recent unique acquisition: Reminiscing about concerts that I’ve worked on over the years.

Treat everyone with respect. What’s the best advice you received in your career? Learn about other job duties outside of your own area to understand the business operation globally. What is your go-to source of creative inspiration? My notepad.
I’ve been referred to as the connector of people. It brings me great joy to introduce others to achieve goals or just for conversation.
What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Continue to lift up others; encourage work life balance and self-care. What message do you want to send out into the world? Be kind, you don’t know how others are feeling. What personal experience has had the greatest impact on your professional life? Living and working internationally was priceless. I learned so much about other cultures and still to this day make those connections in my day-to-day life.
As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? A corporate executive. After your loved ones, what object would you first save from your burning home? I’m a minimalist, so nothing in particular. What period in your life would you do differently, if you could? None. I’m already living my best life.
