What’s been your big (or biggest leap)? Leaving the corporate world after more than twenty-five years to do what I love: delivering the unvarnished truth, one leader at a time, to my executive clients. Hobbies: Bowling, reading, writing, running, journaling. Last book read: The Secret of the Science of Getting Rich, by Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher. Recent unique acquisition: Mondays. Building my business around my life, I don’t work Mondays, which I deem a permanent well-being day.
Personality profile: Someone who will always deliver the unvarnished truth. What one word would your closest friend use to describe you? Disciplined. Moral compass: Right is right. Wrong is wrong. Do the right thing. How do you define a perfect friendship? “Faithful are the wounds of a friend; profuse are the kisses of an enemy” (Proverbs 27:5-6). How do you define an ideal business relationship? Business is business. Don’t take it personally. What is your greatest joy? Having a front row seat to watch our daughter discover her God-given musical ability. What is your greatest fear? Not finishing what I started. What word or phrase do you use far too often? People without executive presence remain invisible.

Tim Yatsko, former Walmart executive. What’s the best advice you received growing up? One hand can’t clap. You can’t do life by yourself. What’s the best advice you received in your career? While feedback is a gift, you don’t have to like the wrapping paper (from my dad). What world event has had the greatest influence on your life? 9/11.

We share the same name, plus, she’s an awesome actress. Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? My dad, just one last time. What advice would you give your younger self? “No” is a complete sentence.
