Current project: Focused on doubling the revenue of ReputationDefender through enhanced product offerings, strategic partnerships and expanded market reach.  Recent recognition: Nominated for Forbes 40 Under 40, an honor that recognizes young leaders making a significant impact in their field.  Latest contribution to others: Invited to speak to a group of young men at their Summer High Adventure camp out.  Gathered around the fire, we talked about manhood, comparing what the world today expects versus what Jesus would say to us.  What’s been your big (or biggest leap)? Transitioning from my previous role at Zillow to leading ReputationDefender.  A significant risk that paid off handsomely in terms of personal growth and professional achievement.  Hobbies: Travel, family time, outdoor adventures.  Recent travel or adventure: A family road trip to Idaho over the Independence Day holiday.  No small feat for a family with kids under 5 years old, spending more than 12 hours in the car.  Last book read: A Republic, If You Can Keep It, by Neil Gorsuch.

Personality profile: Driven, strategic, optimistic, empathetic, innovative.  What one word would your closest friend use to describe you? Fearless.  Moral compass: WWJD (What would Jesus do?).  How do you define a perfect friendship? Mutual trust, unconditional support, deep respect, open communication and shared values.  My relationship with my wife, who is my best friend, embodies all these.  What is your greatest joy? Spending time with my kids and seeing the positive impact of my work on others.  What is your guilty pleasure? Ice cream.  What word or phrase do you use far too often? Ladies and Gentlemen.  What occupation, other than your own, do you most admire? Those who protect and serve the community, often in the face of great danger. Police officers, firefighters, EMTs.

What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? A casino, preferably on a cruise ship.  What is at the top of your bucket list? Sky diving.  How do you relieve stress? Meditation, exercise, quality time with family.  What is your go-to workout? Cold & Hot therapy: infrared sauna followed by a cold plunge.  What ingredient is essential to your perfect vacation? A cruise ship.

What was your favorite college course? Organizational Behavior.  What movie have you repeatedly watched? A Knights Tale.  What’s prominently featured on your home or office wall? A picture of George Washington kneeling and praying in the snow at Valley Forge.  Symbolizes leadership, resilience and faith.  What’s the best advice you received growing up? From my dad: work hard, have fun, no regrets.  Never be outworked; be the first one in and the last to leave.  What’s the best advice you received in your career? Network relentlessly.  What modern technology innovation do you most appreciate? AI.  It’s literally a game changer.  What is your go-to source of news and information? Apple News.  What company or organization do you most admire? Sky High for Kids, a nonprofit focused on childhood cancer.  What world event has had the greatest influence on your life? 9/11, which impacted my perspective on resilience, unity and the importance of community.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Advancing the field of online reputation management by integrating AI and machine learning to provide more accurate and proactive solutions for our clients.  What change would you like to see in the world? Financial literacy taught as a fundamental skill from a young age.  What message do you want to send out into the world? Embrace change and continuously strive for improvement.  What widely held belief do you reject? That success is solely defined by wealth and status. True success is about personal fulfillment, making a positive impact on others and living a balanced and meaningful life.  What mega-trend most excites you? The rapid advancement of AI.  What mega-trend most concerns you? The ethical implications and potential misuse of AI.

What actor would you choose to play you in the movie about your life? Chris Hemsworth, for his charisma and his portrayal of determination.  Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? Abraham Lincoln, for his insights on leadership.  As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? Other than a Ghostbuster, a firefighter.  After your loved ones, what object would you first save from your burning home? My scriptures, which are a source of strength, guidance and inspiration in my life.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? With my family, somewhere peaceful, sharing our favorite memories, enjoying each other's company, appreciating the beauty of nature and our love for one another.  What day in your life would you choose to re-live? My wedding day.
