Acquisition in 2019 of a competitor’s large production plant, with subsequent return to profitability.  Hobbies: Cycling, swimming, trail motorcycle.   Recent travel or adventure: City named Bonito, famous for its many caves, rivers and native animal species.   Last book read: A Liberdade é uma Escolha, by Edith Eva Eger.  Recent unique acquisition: New watch for scuba diving .

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Open mind every day.   What change would you like to see in the world? Less politics, more work.   What message do you want to send out into the world? For top executives to consider the social and environmental impact of their decision making.   What widely held belief do you reject?
