A symphony of collaboration, trust, shared values and vision. What is your greatest joy? Overcoming mental barriers and pushing myself to new heights, especially in rock climbing. What is your greatest fear? Falling short of my biggest desires and aspirations, such as being a loving mom, a wonderful wife and friend, and making a big impact with my work. What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? Experiences that make me happy and lead to wonderful memories. What is your go-to workout? Rock climbing.

What is your go-to source of news and information? NPR. What personal circumstance has had the greatest influence on your life? Moving to the U.S.

What change would you like to see in the world? A world where kindness, acceptance, and an unwavering motivation to continuously better oneself create ripples of positive transformation. What message do you want to send out into the world? Leadership comes in all different styles. Embrace what makes you unique! What widely held belief do you reject? That you can’t have both success and a balanced, fulfilled life. To the contrary, I believe you can and, to me, this is true success.
What title would you choose for the movie about your life? Mind Over Matter: Harnessing Self-Belief to Achieve the Extraordinary. As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? A surgeon. What advice would you give your younger self? Elevate your energy and trust the process rather than trying to force things. What period in your life would you do differently, if you could? I wouldn’t change anything. All experiences were and are opportunities for growth.
