Current project: Working on and co-owning a business in the medical imaging field.  Recent professional development: Stopped being a licensed CPA and retired from practicing law.  Latest accomplishment: Learned how to edit pictures in Lightroom and change them in Photoshop. What’s been your big (or biggest leap)? Learning and becoming proficient in Lightroom and Photoshop.  Hobbies: Photography, Photoshop, video art.  Recent travel or adventure: Bridgehampton, NY.  Last book read: The Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic, by Scott Kelby.

Moral compass: What would my wife think and do?  How do you define a perfect friendship? Someone whom I can call at any time and talk to.  How do you define an ideal business relationship? Someone who listens and who is smarter than me and successful.  What is your greatest joy? Seeing my grandchildren.  What occupation, other than your own, do you most admire? Video and graphics artists.  What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? Going out to the East End of Long Island.  How do you relieve stress? Exercise.  Walking in Central Park or along a beach.  What ingredient is essential to your perfect vacation? Good Coffee.  A beach. Caribbean music.

What was your first paying job? Brant Lake Camp teaching backpacking and mountain climbing. Besides your parents, who has had the greatest influence on your life? My wife and children. What’s the best advice you received growing up? Your parents are not always right.  What is your go-to source of news and information? The New York Times.  What is your go-to source of creative inspiration? Photoshop, music, YouTube.  What company or organization do you most admire? AIPAC.  What world event has had the greatest influence on your life? 9/11 and the people I knew who were directly affected by it.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field?

Trying to become photographer/video artist.

What change would you like to see in the world? An end to climate change.  What mega-trend most excites you? No more suits.  Causal dress such as jeans in offices and when going out at night. What mega-trend most concerns you? People getting misinformed by social media, who then continue the cycle of misinformation.

What title would you choose for the movie about your life? A Complete Unknown. Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? My grandfather.  As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? An astronaut or a pilot.  After your loved ones, what object would you first save from your burning home? Computer and pictures.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? With my children and their children in Bridgehampton, NY.  What advice would you give your younger self? Don’t spend three years of your life going to law school.  What day in your life would you choose to re-live? Graduation day from college.
