Joanna Graham is a Consulting Editor and Chair of the Board Development Committee at The Principal Post.
Joanna is a non-profit marketing executive with extensive product management experience as well as a successful small business owner. She believes in the transformative power of education and has spent nearly 20 years in the higher education and standardized testing industry.
Joanna currently works with multiple edtech organizations on the future of online learning. She provides guidance on brand identity and positioning as well as new product development and go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Her previous roles include Chief Marketing and Products Officer at HRCI, Director of Academics at Veritas Prep, and Director of Marketing at the Graduate Management Admission Council. She also has run a successful admissions consulting business for nearly 20 years and helped hundreds of students gain admission to Ivy League undergraduate and top MBA programs including Harvard, Stanford and Wharton.
Joanna serves on the Board of Directors for Team Red, White, and Blue as well as selection committees for the Pat Tillman Foundation and the Military Advisory Committee for Dog Tag Bakery. She also serves on the IRONMAN Women for Tri Board, which focuses on increasing the number of female triathletes, and on the Board of Governors at Georgetown University. In 2019, she was named to the Washington Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 Business Leaders. She is a proud military veteran spouse, an accomplished ultrarunner and 2x Ironman triathlete, and proud mom of one furry kid and one non-furry kid.
