Rabia is a management consultant, executive coach, and facilitator who works at the intersection of business, culture, and leadership. Combining her corporate and consulting experience, she collaborates closely with her clients to improve business outcomes by aligning strategy, structure, culture, and leadership at the company, team, and executive levels.
Since founding Chartwell Advisors, Inc. in 1997, Rabia has earned a reputation for expediently framing challenges, developing and implementing efficient and effective solutions, and managing change to drive measurable performance improvement.
Rabia serves as a trusted advisor to significant players in a range of industries (technology, financial and professional services, pharmaceuticals, and media/entertainment) in the US, Europe, and Asia.
Since June 2020, Rabia has redoubled her commitment to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive world by co-founding The Monarchs Collective with Debra Lee. They seek to change the complexion of business by diversifying corporate boards and leadership by discovering, developing, and deploying extraordinarily talented BIPOC and women.
Prior to launching her firm in 1997, Rabia had been recruited to Ernst & Young to help establish and develop the People Effectiveness Practice, where she led projects in knowledge management, change management, and human capital. Earlier, Rabia had helped found and grow the Organizational Change Practice at Price Waterhouse, where she specialized in organizational strategy, structure, culture, post-merger integration, and technology assimilation. She led the development and deployment of the Firm’s organizational M&A methodology, having joined PW as a manager in the compensation practice.
Before consulting, Rabia was the HR head for PepsiCo’s Stolichnaya business, and had been recruited for selective high potential global MBA rotational programs at GE Capital and at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
As a first generation American, I am deeply inspired by 2021’s inaugural poet Amanda Gorman’s, “The Hill We Climb,” which ends with these moving lines: For there is always light, if only we're brave enough to see it. If only we're brave enough to be it.
